The First Academy National History Club is an extracurricular academic club open to all students. The students manage the club with the help of a faculty sponsor.

Activities Include:

  • maintenance and contribution to the club website: www.notjusthistory.com
  • weekly website articles regarding current events and historical foundations
  • debate articles dealing with a present controversy
  • preparationand submission of significant historical articles to the Concord Review; the national quarterly publication of high school history scholars
  • joint sponsorship with TFA and participation in the James Madison ConstitutionalScholars Awards program

The First Academy National History Club is dedicated to create insightful articles and inspire creative thinking that helps people form their own opinions of world politics and international decisions.

The K-12 Christ-centered college preparatory program at The First Academy, Orlando, a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, is recognized as a leader in the Christian school community.
